To access the scheduling tool, simply slick on the "log in" button. Fill in the email used during the registration and the password that we provided by email. If you don't know the password, please contact us (contact details below).
To better secure your account, update your password on your profile on the bottom of the page.
Accessing "My Profile" in the top menu, toggle on and off your availability, only the toggled on slots will be available for other companies to request meetings. You may also edit your profile at the bottom of the page.
Click on "Schedule Meetings" on the top menu and select any of the companies displayed below to request a meeting. You may filter them and search by keywords.
Click on the time slot of your preference and request a meeting. At this point, the requested agent will need to accept.
On the other hand, you may accept a meeting if you received an email about by accessing your profile. We encourage checking your profile to see if everything is in order and if there are pending requests.
If you want to cancel a request or a meeting, just click on cancel and "OK" on the popup disclaimer.
If you prefer it, you may print your agenda with all the meetings to have it at hand during the event.
